2007 Opening Credits, Set 1
Season 20 opened with a brand new style of credits, accompanied by a new theme tune, sang by Israel Cannan who played Wazza in the show. The new credits still incorporate the photo frame style, however for the first time in the show's history, no character or actor names are shown on screen. Strangely Palm Beach does not feature in the credits at all, all the beach shots are of Dee Why Beach, a location not commonly seen but near the Beachside Diner. The camera moves around the beach showing framed pictures of the characters, at one point looking as though it has been inspired by a certain Kodak advert. The Home and Away logo has also changed colour, from blue to orange, being reminiscent of the 1991 credits.
2007 Opening Credits, Set 2
Beth was removed from the credits, being replaced by a sail boat.
2007 Opening Credits, Set 3
In these credits, there was a new theme tune, sung by Luke Dolahenty and a rope (second picture below) replaced a pair of hands. Peter and Amanda were removed, being replaced by a deckchair and a pair of hands (yes, the ones that were previously in the spot now held by the rope) respectively.
2007 Opening Credits, Set 4
Kim was removed from the credits, being replaced by Annie. The deck chair was also removed from the credits being replaced by Geoff and finally Brad was removed from the credits as well being replaced by Roman.
